Schedule of Exhibition

Nov. 2003 - Dec 31, 2003: establish organizing committee, inspect the exhibition seats, carry out feasibility study of exhibition plans, hold preparation meetings to settle the division of work

Jan. 1, 2004 - Feb. 15, 2004: Finalize the project, and send out exhibition invitations to world heritage sites at home and abroad.

Feb. 16, 2004 - Apr. 15, 2004

1、 Collect pictures, materials, models which would be used in the exhibition from countries ad world heritage sites;

2、 Examine the texts and pictures of all world heritage sites;

3、 Examine and finalize the design plan of the exhibition;

Apr. 16 - May. 20: Exhibition Preparation
May. 20 - June 10: Arrange exhibits, and leaders from relevant departments inspect the exhibtions
June 10 - June 25: Pre-Exhibition
June 28: Opening ceremony (ribbon-cutting ceremony plan shall be submitted )
June 29 - July 15: Exhibition
July 16: end of exhibition and after arrangements
